U.S. embassies and consulates abroad assist the Selective Service System with its registration program abroad. Male United States citizens age 18 through 25 are required to register with the Selective Service System. At this time, the Selective Service System online registration site is temporarily unavailable for overseas registrants. Overseas registrants should complete the form below and mail it to the Selective Service System at the following address:
