As we continue our year-round mission to empower women, we know that even the most successful women need support, advice, and encouragement. Last evening, the U.S. Embassy hosted a women’s leadership video conference titled “ Leading Ladies of Swaziland” with leadership coach Maureen Rabotin. She is the founder of Effective Global Leadership, a company that specializes in cross cultural leadership and skills training. Ambassador Lisa Peterson and Swazi women leaders from across the country joined Maureen for an incredibly engaging and inspirational discussion about using their strengths and talents to succeed in life.
