Early February we hosted Maureen Rabotin, a Gallup StrengthsFinder certified Global Executive Coach, Instructor at Sciences Po (Paris Institute of Political Studies), TedX Speaker and author of: Culture Savvy – Working and Collaborating Across the Globe. Maureen conducted workshops across the country on leadership and advocacy, which included StrengthsFinder assessments for civil society participants. She talked about developing self-awareness by understanding your strengths as part of the journey of personal leadership.
